DRSL operates the legislated decision review system for the ACC, and also provides alternative dispute resolution services to the ACC, such as facilitation and mediation.
DRSL manages the Telecommunication Dispute Resolution service (TDR).
TDR is a free and independent service to help work out disputes between consumers and telecommunication companies. Its job is to investigate complaints fairly. It costs nothing for a consumer to use the service.More information about TDR can be found at the TDR web site.
DRSL manages the Financial Dispute Resolution (FDR) scheme.
FDR is the Government's dispute resolution scheme for the financial industry. Consumers are able to take complaints about their financial service provider to FDR, as soon as the organisation is an FDR scheme member. The service is free for consumers to use.
